On 4th of July The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being of the Russian Federation (CPS) has suspended the importation into Russia of milk and dairy products produced by the 7 companies of "Milkiland-Ukraine" Group.

CPS has suspended the importation into the territory of Russian dairy production "Milkiland-Ukraine"

"Application of these sanctions in respect of particular goods, but against a group of 7 plants, 4 of which for the past 5 years, did not deliver the products to the Russian Federation, suggests that this decision of CPS has no relation to the quality of our products.

Previously, RCS decided to suspend the import of dairy products 2 factories "Milkiland-Ukraine". We asked several times in this Russian department in order to establish a constructive dialogue, acquaintance with the abuses and develop an action plan to address them.
Unfortunately, CPS did not contact us and we have received no reply to our requests.

Supplying dairy products to the Russian market for the last 10 years, factories of the Group always fulfill all regulations of the Customs Union and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, which has been repeatedly confirmed by independent laboratories and inspection and CPS.
We regret that the decision of CPS hurts our Russian customers and consumers.

At the same time, we assure our shareholders and creditors that, despite some problems that this decision brought to us, thanks to the diversification of our business group of companies "Milkiland" will be able to meet all its obligations, "- commented CEO Milkiland NV Anatoly Jurkiewicz.
