Designed according to the original formula, the thermostatic milk starter TM Dobryana contain a range of useful living bacteria: Bifidobacterium Bifidoacterium BB and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus and Streptococcus thermophiles, thanks to which the product is not only useful, but also has a mild flavor and delicate texture.
Milk starter TM Dobryana is made from fresh milk with the addition of pure cultures of lactic acid organisms. Fermentation product going directly into the packaging to the special thermostatic chambers, where the temperature is kept constant. As a result, the product is easy and useful, with a thick monolithic structure, creamy taste and aroma as the home of the furnace.
