Cheese "Mozzarella" from TM Dobryana was rated "excellent"

Receiving the highest score for the quality of its products has become a good tradition for TM Dobryana.
Less than in a month after testing of domestic producers of butter by Center of Independent experts TEST, where butter from TM Dobryana received the highest marks for quality, in the beginning of October in the study of soft mozzarella cheese on the shelves of ukrainian shops, Mozzarella cheese from TM Dobryana was rated 'excellent' by the same research center.
Testing was conducted on the physico- chemical, microbiological and organoleptic characteristics , as well as labeling and packaging among 8 producers of mozzarella : 2 foreign and 6 domestic . As result, only two of them received the highest rating of "excellent."
Among them is the TM Dobryana , which mozzarella where the most up to the standard , and which price is the most democratic among the " standouts ."
The remaining six members received assessment of "fair" , "poor" or "very bad." One sample wasnt even a cheese, but cheese product , where almost all the milk fat is replaced by a 100% vegetable fats .
