Evening of fine Georgian wine and premium cheese from TM Dobryana

On February 7th TM Dobryana together with the manufacturer of Georgian wine TM "Kartuli vazi" spent tasting wine and cheese.
Connoisseurs of excellent wine and premium cheese gathered in one of the capital's restaurants to rate this blowing taste and learn more about the culture of consumption of cheese and wine and the right combination of these exquisite products.
In the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, with the accompaniment of piano, guests of the evening tasting different kinds of Georgian wine to which a cheese expert from TM Dobryana cooked savory canapes with soft cheese with noble mold: canapes of Roquefort cheese and caramelized pear, tartlets of Brie with raspberries and also " skewers " of fresh Mozzarella with grapes and mint, and much, much more ...
The evening finished off with the wine and cheese drawing, for which guests struggled answering "cheese - wine " quiz .
Frosty winter evening was warm and sincere and guests well rested after the work week.
