For an independent evaluation of kefir on the Russian dairy market, were made the purchase of 6 templates of kefir, fat 3.2% of the most popular manufacturers of dairy products.
The product was evaluated by three main parameters: taste, safety and availability of useful lactic acid bacteria.
During the first qualifying round, where the taste of the product was evaluated, only three dairy producers passed the test, including kefir TM "Ostankino in 1955".
Consumers have noted the pleasant and rich taste of Ostankino kefir, his homogeneous and dense texture. People have noticed that this product does`nt need sugar to add, it would be good to all family members – from adults to kids. This evaluation of the taste was especially valuable as except adults in evaluation took part children aswell.
The second criteria for evaluating kefir was its safety.
In this round, all manufacturers passed the test "excellent". None of the showed samples dangerous microflora was found.
In the third, decisive round, overall usefulness of the submitted samples of kefir was evaluated.
As it is known, the main indicator for assessing the quality of kefir is presence of useful lactic - acid bacteria. Especially because of presence of these bacteria kefir has its useful qualities.
Experts have determined the milk - sour organisms in samples offered and among all participants the most useful kefir proved TM " Ostankino in 1955 ."
In winner kefir useful microorganisms were found 7 times more than in other finalists.
Thus, the evaluation program experts of "Test purchase", as well as an independent evaluation of the national jury awarded kefir TM " Ostankinskoe 1955 " as the most useful, tasty and safe!
