Recall that in May of this year, seven kinds of cheese under the brand "Dobryana" at once were awarded gold medals based on results of the National Association of Milk Producers of Ukraine "Ukrmolprom" dairy tasting competition.
High prizes were awarded hard cheese "Russian", "Dutch", "Yanbur", "King Arthur", "Alderman" and "Kachiotto" and a young soft cheese "Mozzarella".
Tasting Competition "Ukrmolprom" - an annual assessment of the quality of dairy products a wide range of industry experts, which include representatives from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State Standard, dairy companies and other organizations. The competition involved the largest dairy companies of the country which include JP "Milkiland-Ukraine". Participation in the competition brings out the best products on the market, and the results of the studies used in the development of industry-standard technical documentation.
