TM Dobryana invited kids to it`s cheese factory

Plant "Mena cheese", located in the Chernihiv region, was attended by 30 Kiev pupils.
The kids arrived at Cheese Factory " Mena cheese " in frame career orientation , which is conducted among 8th classes . Earlier this year, the children have already visited the confectionery, meat and grain production. Now came the turn of the dairy industry.
Kids showed all stages of cheese production from acceptance of raw milk until packing whorkshop where the finished product is packaged in a special film and sent to ripen in a cheese storage. Children have seen how the famous cheese "King Arthur" is made and cheese "Marble" aswell, have visited the workshop for production of demineralized whey.
Children have seen what a difficult process is cheese production, which requires high skills and experience of all the great professionals at every stage.
Tour ended tasting different varieties of cheese, which makes the factory . Kids were having fun eating cheese and some cheese gourmets even bought a few cheese heads "in reserve" and bought cheese gifts for their parents.
